Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. After 30 days, we can’t offer full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain exclusions where no refunds will be granted:

  • Books/Stationery with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any customized items and printed items e.g. labels and Vinyl Printing

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you by email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account that could be used for future orders.  If you require a cash refund, please arrange with us.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale and free items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send an email to info@simplysharp.co.za and deliver or send the item to 11 Brink Street, Welgemoed, 7530.

Shipping returns

To return your product, please send your product to 11 Brink Street, Welgemoed, 7530

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs of your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total credit.

Depending on area, receiving time of the exchanged items may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee your return items shipping.
