How will I receive my parcel?
You can choose between free collection in Welgemoed, Bellville or select the Shipping option for door to door delivery at an additional cost.
When will I be notified that my parcel is ready for collection/shipping?
Please allow 10 working days for orders to be processed.
How will I know when my order is ready for free collection?
We will contact you by email or Whatsapp when your parcel is ready for collection.
Can I collect my parcel at any time?
Please wait for the notification message that your parcel is ready.
During the Back To School Period from 15 October 2026 to 15 January 2027, please arrange a pick up time:
Tuesday and Thursdays between 8-9am, 1-3pm and 5-6pm.
Fridays between 8-9am and 1-3pm.
If non of the above time slots work for you, please arrange a convenient time slot privately via our WhatsApp line.
After 15 January 2027, please arrange a convenient time to collect.
