You can choose between free collection in Welgemoed, Bellville or select the Shipping option at an additional cost for courier delivery
How long before I will be notified that my parcel is ready for collection/shipping?
Please allow 10 working days for orders to be processed maximum.

We will contact you by email or Whatsapp when your parcel is ready for collection.
Can I collect my parcel at any time?
Please wait for the notification that your parcel is ready.
During Back To School Period from 10 October 2023 to 19 January 2023, please arrange pick up time:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 7:45 and 8:30, between 2-3pm and between 5-6pm.
After 20 January 2023, please arrange a convenient time to collect.
