Can I order and pay for more than one child in different grades and/or schools?
Yes you can, although the products will be packed together and not individually. To have individually packed orders, please order separately.
How do I pay?
Choose from 2 payment options:
*Direct Bank Transfer via EFT – Make your payment directly into our bank account. Use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped or be available for collection until we have received proof of payment.
Note – For printing orders: Printing will not commence before we have received payment.
*Payfast – Secure payment via PayFast
How long before I will be notified that my parcel is ready for collection/shipping?
Please allow 10 working days for orders to be processed.
What is the last day that I can place orders for Back to School 2024?
Orders can be placed until 19 December 2023 and again from 9 January 2024. Orders placed after 13 December will only be ready in January 2024. Please note, late orders might not be ready when the schools reopen in January 2024. Please ensure you place your orders in time and allow us enough time to process your order.
Will the business close during the festive season?
Yes we will take our annual break between 20 December 2023 and 9 January 2024.
