Can I order and pay for more than one child in different grades and/or schools?
Yes you can.
Once you have selected the school and grade, adjust the quantity of the individual items needed and add to the cart.
Select the next school and grade, adjust the quantity of the individual items needed and add to the cart. You will notice the number change in the shopping cart top right. The items will be packed according to the school and grade. We will keep the orders together until collection.
Please remember to fill in your child’s name and grade on the checkout page, this way we can mark the parcels accordingly.
If you would like to add additional items and do not wish for these to be packed with the already ordered stationery, please place a separate order.

How do I pay?
Choose from 2 payment options:
*Direct Bank Transfer via EFT – Make your payment directly into our bank account. Use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped or be available for collection until we have received proof of payment.
Note – For printing orders: Printing will not commence before we have received payment.
*Payfast – Secure payment via Payfast
How long will it take before I will be notified that my parcel is ready for collection/shipping?
We strive to process orders in the shortest time possible. During the busy season (mid October to mid January), please allow 10 working days for orders to be processed.
Where possible we will notify you via WhatsApp, alternatively by e-mail that the parcel is ready for collection or that it will be shipped the following day.
What is the collection times?
Once you received notification that your parcel is ready for collection, please arrange a suitable timeslot:
Tuesday 8-9am, 1-3pm or 5-6pm
Thursday 8-9am, 1-3pm or 5-6pm
Friday 8-9am, 1-3pm
Special arrangements to be made if you cannot collect during the above timeslots.
What is the last day that I can place orders for Back to School 2027?
Orders can be placed until 18 December 2026 and again from 5 January 2026. Orders placed after 11 December will only be ready in January 2027. Please note, late orders placed in January might not be ready when the schools reopen in January 2027. We process all orders on a first in first out basis during this time. Please ensure you place your order in time and allow us enough time to process.
Will the business close during the festive season?
Yes, we will take our annual break between 20 December 2025 and 3 January 2026. Orders placed during this time will only be processed from Monday 4 January 2027 on a first in first out basis. Please allow us 10 working days to have your order ready for the new school year.
