For Welgemoed Primary School: Click on your School’s Logo. Select a grade and your language. Read the notes at the top of the page that indicates the quantity of items required. Select the product and adjust the quantity accordingly.
For Other Schools: Please use General Online Store to select the required items.
For Businesses: Please use General Online Store to select the required items.

By elke onderafdeling is daar notas wat die voorgeskrewe hoeveelhede aandui. Selekteer die produk en pas die hoeveelhede aan volgens jou behoefte.
How to select a colour option
Certain items have the option to select your own colours.
When you select the item, please choose the colour required from the drop down list.
For items without a drop down option, type the colour required from the available colours.
How to view cart
At the bottom of the screen a pop-up will appear and you can ‘view cart’ to see the items already selected as well as the total value of the products. You can also view the cart at the top right hand corner by clicking on the shopping trolley.
How to remove items from my cart
You can clear the entire cart.
Click on the dustbin in the pop-up at the bottom of the screen.
If you want to remove certain selected items from the cart, click on the top right hand corner shopping basket to open your cart. Click on the red cross on the left of the unwanted product.
How to add items to my cart
If you want to add more items to your cart, click on continue shopping. You will be directed to the General Shop where you can select more items. If you want to add more items from a specific school or grade, click on the school and grade and add the items.
If you only want to increase or decrease quantities of already selected items, change the quantity by using the up and down arrows and remember to UPDATE your cart.
Checkout
When ready to proceed to checkout, choose between free collection in Welgemoed, or Local Courier Service in the Cape Town region at an additional fee of R110 that will automatically be added to your order.
Should you wish to have your parcel shipped to an area outside of Cape Town, click the free local pick up option from the checkout screen, and arrange own courier.
Payment
You have the following options for payment:
Direct bank transfer – Make your payment directly into our bank account. Use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped or be available for collection until we have received payment. You will receive an email with the banking details.
Payfast – Make a secure payment via PayFast
Once you have selected a payment option, click the T’s & C’s and place your order. Remember to complete your information on the checkout page.
