How will I receive my parcel?
You can choose between free collection in Welgemoed, Bellville or select the Shipping option for door to door delivery at an additional cost.
How long before I will be notified that my parcel is ready for collection/shipping?
Please allow 10 working days for orders to be processed.
How will I know when my order is ready for free collection?
We will contact you by email or Whatsapp when your parcel is ready for collection.
Can I collect my parcel at any time?
Please wait for the notification that your parcel is ready.
During Back To School Period from 1 October 2024 to 17 January 2025, please arrange pick up time:
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 8-9am, between 2-3pm and between 5-6pm.
From 20 January 2025, please arrange a convenient time to collect.
