Simply Sharp Stationery, referred to in the following Terms & Conditions as “SSS”, “our”, “us” or “we.”
MISCELLANEOUS
- We reserve the right to alter or change these Conditions at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to regularly check the Terms and Conditions to make sure you are satisfied with any changes.
- Being a client of SSS signifies your agreement to the Terms and Conditions. SSS, its organisers, promoters, partners or agencies do not bear any responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, injury, asset damage (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) or expense of any nature whatsoever, which may be suffered as a result of, or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to the use of, or reliance upon any information, links or service provided through the website, or any actions and/or liability for consequential or incidental damages.
- SSS will not be responsible for any interruption, delayed or failed transmission, loss of programs or other data, storage or delivery of information, resulting from whatsoever cause.
USE OF THIS WEBSITE
- Access to and use of the website is subject to these Terms and Conditions, and all applicable laws.
- You may only make use of the website to browse the content, view and purchase products and correspond with SSS.
- Your continued use of this website shall constitute acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, not having been amended by you.
- You may not copy any part of the website without the written permission of SSS.
PRICE AND PAYMENT
All prices quoted in South African Rands
- Are inclusive of VAT.
- exclusive of any applicable bank charges, which will be added to the total amount due (Cash deposit fees)
- exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the total amount due
If you do not make payment due to us (Simply Sharp Stationery) by the due date for payment, we may cancel or suspend any orders (both the one to which the payment relate(s) and any other order) until the outstanding amount is paid.
DELIVERY
- The risk in the goods shall pass to you when the goods are delivered/collected by you or your agent.
- Delivery is handled by a third party and dates for delivery of the goods are estimated only and therefore subject to their availability schedule. We shall make every reasonable effort to meet any delivery date(s) acknowledged but shall not be liable for failure to meet such date(s).
- Our third party will deliver the goods to the designated address in the order, or such other address as we both agree, which will be confirmed on the order acknowledgment. You should ensure that you are, or a trusted representative is, physically present at the time of delivery. We will presume that any person at any address you specify has the authority to receive the order on your behalf.
- If no one is present when the third party delivery company deliver the order at the address and time agreed upon between yourself and the delivery company then alternative delivery arrangements must be made at your cost.
- If we are unable to deliver the whole of the order at one time due to, for example, operational reasons or shortage of stock, we may deliver the order in instalments.
ORDER AMENDMENTS
SSS may, at its sole discretion, accept or reject any requests for amendments to orders prior to dispatch.
CUSTOMISED ITEMS AND PERSONALISED GOODS
Simply Sharp Stationery reserves the right to brand personalised goods with Simply Sharp Stationery’s logo.
RETURNS AND RETURNS POLICY
All refunds / exchanges are at SSS’s discretion. Our refund / exchange policy is valid for 30 calendar days from purchase. Items must be unused and in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale and free items cannot be refunded. No refunds will be granted for Books/Stationery with obvious signs of use, any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery, labels applied to stationery or any customised items/printed items e.g. Labels, Printed chair bags and pencil bags.
The Client has to return the item in question to 11 Brink Street, Welgemoed at their cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the client’s account that could be used for future orders. If a cash refund is required, it needs to be arranged.
If a product is defective, we will inspect it and repair/ refund / exchange the said product at our discretion. If you are requesting a refund / exchange for a different reason, the products must be unused, in their original condition or (if applicable) packaging. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the client’s total credit or if not applicable, the client is responsible for shipping costs for the returned goods.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Direct Bank Transfer – The client needs to make an EFT payment directly into our bank account. The Order ID should be used as payment reference. Orders will not be shipped or be available for collection until we have received payment. The client will receive an email with order details and banking details upon order placement.
- Payfast – A secure payment via PayFast.
If Simply Sharp Stationery are unable to successfully process your credit or debit card payment for your order in time, your order may be cancelled. Every effort will be made to notify you before the order are cancelled.
DISCLAIMERS
- We take all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description, availability, purchase price and delivery charges of products on our website. However, should there be any errors of whatsoever nature on our website (which are not due to our gross negligence), we shall not be liable for any loss, claim or expense relating to a transaction based on any error, to the extent of refunding you for any amount already paid, or otherwise as set out in the Returns Policy.
- SSS shall not be bound by any incorrect information regarding our products displayed on any third party websites.
- The use of our website is entirely at your own risk and you assume full responsibility for any risk or loss resulting from use of our website or reliance on any information on Simply Sharp Stationery’s website.
- SSS disclaims liability for any damage, loss or expenses, whether direct, indirect or consequential in nature, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Website and/or any content therein unless otherwise provided by law.
- SSS’s website may contain links or references to other websites (“Third Party Websites”) which are outside of our control, including those of advertisers. These Terms and Conditions do not apply to those Third Party Websites and SSS is not responsible for the practices and/or privacy policies of those Third Party Websites or the “cookies” that those sites may use. Your use of such Third Party Websites is entirely at your own risk and we are not responsible for any loss, expense, claim or damage, whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising from your use of such Third Party Websites or your reliance on any information contained thereon.
